Zenview Manager, workspace management for muti-screen displays
Zenview Manager

A software exclusive from Digital Tigers, Zenview Manager extends Microsoft Windows and
makes it a true multi-monitor operating system. Here are just a few of the key features:

Zenview Manager Options - Smart Taskbar
    • Smart Taskbar — No matter how many monitors you have, Windows normally gives you just one taskbar that stays on your "primary" monitor. With many open applications and windows, the taskbar gets crammed with unreadable application window icons. Zenview Manager solves the problem: it adds a Smart Taskbar to each secondary monitor, and each taskbar shows tasks only from the monitor it is on. This makes managing lots of open applications much easier, and when activating an application, you'll know on which monitor it will appear.

    •   Move Window: Choose monitor
Move Window — One little button, one big leap for multi-monitor users. Zenview Manager puts a "Move Window" button on the title bar of all your applications.
      Move Window button
This enables you to move any application to the monitor of your choice with only two clicks. You click the button once; then choose the target display from the "Choose Monitor" pop-up window . . . presto, the application jumps to the other monitor. No more dragging windows around your desktop and resizing them every time you just want to move them. This enables your multi-monitor desktop to keep up with your workflow and your thought process. Just like with papers on a desk, you put precisely what you want to see in front of you at all times, arranged the way you want, without a second thought. And if you want to maximize any application across your full multi-screen desktop, just click the Maximize to Desktop button.

    • Zenview Manager - Outlook Properties - Application Positioning

    • Application positioning — Many users of multiple monitors activate so many application windows at once that they spend minutes after every system restart just opening application windows and carefully positioning them on various displays. Sometimes more than one application needs to be tiled next to others on a single monitor, requiring tedious dragging of window edges until everything is perfectly aligned. Then Windows forgets all these preferences and the users have to start all over again on the next restart. Zenview Manager offers application positioning: the ability to assign each application not only to a particular monitor, but even to a precise size and absolute position on that monitor. If the applications are also put in the user's startup folder, Windows will automatically open all needed applications and position them in their customized positions on every restart.

    •   Arrange Monitors
    • Monitor positioning — Zenview Manager goes beyond the crude Windows pictorial approach to managing multiple displays, enabling you to position monitors relative to one another using absolute coordinates. You can define arrays of monitors (such as 2 rows, 3 columns), immediately assign properties (such as resolution, refresh rate and color depth), and activate all the displays at once with a few clicks. You can swap the positions of one monitor for another with a couple of clicks. And you can identify each monitor with an on-screen number that stays active for as long as needed while you check cabling. These tools make it easy to set up multiple monitors the first time and every time — with special utility to those who set up trade shows, presentations and other temporary multi-screen installations.

    •
    • Multi-monitor wallpaper — Windows normally just mirrors your desktop wallpaper to multiple monitors. Zenview Manager lets you manage each monitor's desktop wallpaper independently. This enables a variety of background images to be displayed at once, simultaneous support of different monitor sizes and resolutions, and even the ability to display a giant single image sectioned across multiple displays. You can turn your desktop into an object d'art — or put it to work displaying a variety of needed information, such as calendars, maps, organization charts and other key reference information. And when you're away from your desk, be sure to wow your colleagues with multi-monitor screen savers — a different screen saver for each display!

    • Monitor management tools — Veteran users of multiple monitors will appreciate numerous key productivity enhancements in managing the operation of multiple displays, such as:

          Set Primary Monitor
      • Switch primary monitor from the taskbar — enabling you to quickly reassign which display can play video or 3D graphics

      • Jump to Display Properties from the taskbar — enabling you to avoid minimizing your applications every time you need to change a setting

      • Save and restore display profiles — enabling you to manage different display setups, each optimized to your preferences, or share a multi-screen workstation with multiple users

      • Mirror one display to one or more "clone" monitors — enabling multiple monitors to show the same information

      • Manage more than 10 monitors — exceeding the normal Windows limit of 10 connected displays

      • Assign keyboard shortcuts — enabling you to quickly launch applications and documents from the keyboard, and perform frequent tasks with a simple hotkey
